You’ll wear the body for the rest of your life. That is why, you have to take care of your body, which means, to take care of your health.

As an employee in a multinational company on a big city like Jakarta, with the hectic schedule and under pressure deadline jobs, sometimes we forget to take care of our health. Sometimes we even have no time to manage our food nutritional, or to do sports.

But actually the case is, the busier we are, the more our body needs fuel, so we have to take care of our nutrition better. And the harder we work, the more we have to maintain our body stamina by doing sports.

Remember the phrase ‘men sana in corpore sano’? This phrase means ‘a healthy soul inside a healthy body’.

Health is more precious than money. You cannot pursuing career and achieve your dreams if you were sick, can you? T

hat is the theme of the seminar held in PT Fuji Staff, on November 23, 2009, ‘Healthy Living in the Big City’, held by Omni Hospital, with the keynote speaker Mr. Didi Kurniadhi, an internist. The seminar was held after medical check up for the entire haken employees.

As the result of the seminar, here are some tips for your reference to live a healthy life in the big city:

  1. If possible, do sports at least twice a week
  2. Consume mineral water minimal 2 liters a day
  3.  Do regular continues walking, about 30 minutes a day
  4. Think positively and face your life light heartedly
  5. Control your food nutrition and dietary
  6. Do medical check up periodically
  7. Don’t delay to start, do it now!

So, stay healthy, in the city!
