RECRUITMENT AND PAYMENT SYSTEM

BENEFITS
     
Fuji will make recruitment process more efficient by providing the candidates in the short time
 
Fuji will handle all personnel management from recruitment, payroll until maintaining staff.
   
                         
                         
   
STATUS EMPLOYMENT
     
The selected candidate will become client’s employee (whether contract or permanent employee)
     
The selected candidate will become Fuji’s employee and be placed to work at your office as a staff. After the contract ended, the candidate can be transfered to client's employee.
   
                         
                         
   
FEE
     
The fee will be charged at once after candidates accepted and beginning of work.
     
The fee will be charged monthly base on the amount stated in the contract, including actual gross salary & admin fee (the overtime will be charged as actual)
   
                         
                         
   
GUARANTEE PERIOD
     
Fuji will provide substitute when the employee resign within 3 months, for only once.
     
Fuji will be responsible for the replacement of employee if the employee could not perform his/her duties as outlined in the contract letter during effective contract period
   
                         
                         
   
SALARY SYSTEM
     
Client should directly pay the salary to the staff

Fuji will pay salary’s based on attendance report staff which approved by client

The payment date for our service fee should be paid on 20th of the current month

SERVICE ORDER
     
Confirm the candidates qualification which is needed using Service Order form which is provided by Fuji
   
                 
                 
   
QUOTATION
     
Providing the quotation of cost for each service and determine which service will be taken
   
                 
                 
   
SELECTION
     
Fuji will conduct selection for the candidates: written test (English/IQ /Personality ) & interview by Fuji's recruiter.
   
                 
                 
   
SENDING RESUME
     
Providing CV of candidates to be selected by Client
   
                 
                 
   
SELECTION PROCESS BY CLIENT
      Conducting interview and other test then summarizing the result (depends on client’s procedure).    
                 
                 
   
AGREEMENT
      Signing work agreement letter for the selected candidate    
                 
                 
   
PAYMENT FEE
      Client should pay the invoice which is issued by Fuji
